The father appeared and said he did not abandon the kids. He said he is not a good person, but he will visit the kids at the guardian's place and give them some allowances every month. Let's hope he will keep to his word.
As I have suspected, the father is a problem "child" also. The grandfather mentioned in the previous post is his stepfather. No wonder the grandfather did not care much about the kids and want them to be given up for adoption.
