How to tachi fatty food away......

From today's sunday times. Think it is quite funny :p



Think besides learning tachi moves and cutting down on unhealthy food, we should also pray for strength/endurance/discipline and at the same time exercise to have a healthy body. Our body is the temple of God and think it is time for major "renovation" for some of us at YAMMY ministries......
